From January 26 to February 20, 2026, the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies delivered the Cybersecurity Fundamentals Asynchronous Course to more than 50 participants from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico.

On 5 February 2026, the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies met with 11 security cooperation and bilateral affairs officers attending the Security Cooperation Course at the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU).

On February 5, 2026, the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies participated in the Ad Hoc Working Group on Cyber Defense and Cyberspace, convened under the Conference of Defense Ministers of the Americas (CDMA), bringing together representatives from 18 countries across the hemisphere.

On December 3, 2025, the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies had the honor of hosting the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Security Cooperation (DASW), Christopher Mamaux, along with his delegation.

From September 22 to 26, 2025, the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies participated in the 26th Conference of the Association of Ibero-American Defense Colleges hosted by the Institute of Advanced Strategic Studies in Asunción, Paraguay.
