The seminar addressed US and Ecuadorian national policies, strategies, and processes and the importance of national and regional security and defense as the axis of national development.

Professor Celina Realuyo spoke on "Global Threats from the US Perspective," and Dr. Boris Saavedra spoke on "Governance and Strategic Leadership in Defense: Analysis of Models for Cybersecurity Decision Making."

The event saw over 70 graduates from the Perry Center come together for an evening of reconnection and camaraderie while fostering a spirit of community among all attendees.
