On April 4, a delegation from the Inter-American Air Forces Academy (IAAFA) visited the Perry Center for an organizational briefing and discussion with Perry Center faculty. The 41 visitors, including 21 officers from Western Hemisphere partner nations, received an organizational brief from Dr. Luis Bitencourt, Perry Center Dean of Academic Affairs. Perry Center Professor Carlos Ospina-Ovalle presented to the group on strategic leadership.

The IAAFA is an institution that fosters enduring Inter-American engagement through education and training, located on Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.
