A small Perry Center delegation led by Director Dr. Paul Angelo traveled to Mexico from March 12-18. This visit included institutional visits and academic discussions at the Center for Advanced Naval Studies (CESNAV) in Mexico City and in the International Security and Defense Congress at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Toluca de Lerdo. In Guadalajara, the WJPC team participated in a course offered by the Institute of Transparency, Public Information and Protection of Personal Data of the State of Jalisco (ITEI) at the Coordination, Command, Control, Communications and Computing Center (C5 Jalisco Escudo Urbano).

Two networking activities were held for the WJPC alumni in Mexico City and Guadalajara, on March 14 and 17, respectively where over 70 Perry Center graduates and US Embassy representatives attended. Regional outreach exchanges are designed to energize and strengthen existing alumni networks and professional connections while building trust and long-term institutional relationships.
