On November 26, we welcomed a delegation of 85 graduating cadets from Argentina’s Air Force Academy, led by Director of the Air Force Academy Major General Marcelo Abel Ramadori and Defense and Air Attaché in Washington, DC, Brigadier General Carlos Gabriel Cendon. The delegation was greeted by Perry Center Dean of Academic Affairs William Gonick, who delivered welcome remarks and an overview of the Perry Center’s programs. Dr. Godnick’s presentation highlighted topics of shared interest between the two countries, including a joint course on Defense Governance for Complex Threats being organized by the Perry Center and Argentina’s National Defense University in Buenos Aires in 2025.
