On September 10th, the Perry Center began the online phase of its Strategy and Defense Policy course. Over the next four weeks, over 80 participants from more than 17 countries throughout the Western Hemisphere will participate in substantial group activities revolving around readings and discussions.

Led by Course Director David Spencer, Deputy Course Director William Godnick, and six facilitators, the online phase will prepare them for an intensive, two-week residential phase that will begin in mid-October. The residential phase will include plenary lectures, small group discussions, and a final group exercise.
