On November 8 – 9, the Perry Center participated in an International Forum on Human Security: Factors of Instability and Threats of Multi-crime at the Colombian War College (Escuela Superior Guerra de Colombia – ESDEG) in Bogota. Perry Center Director Dr. Paul Angelo inaugurated this first in-person forum as a collaboration between the Perry Center and ESDEG since the pandemic. Professor Celina Realuyo spoke on “The Fight against Corruption and Illicit Financial Flows in the Americas”, and Dr. Boris Saavedra spoke on “Cyber ​​Intelligence, a Fundamental Tool to Confront Multicrime in Cyberspace: Political and Strategic Analysis.” The hybrid forum included more than 600 participants in-person and online.
