On October 17, the Perry Center hosted a delegation of 40 participants from Peru’s Army War College Graduate School (ESGE-EPG). The delegation was led by General Commander Lieutenant General Luis Alberto Rojo, Military Attaché Brigadier General Cesar Andaluz, and Director of the Army War College Brigadier General Juan Valverde. They were welcomed by Associate Dean for Research and Publications Patrick Paterson and Professor David Spencer. During the visit, Dr. Paterson provided an organizational briefing, followed by a presentation on security, defense, and development by Dr. Spencer.
