On September 18, the Perry Center hosted a delegation from Colombia’s Police Postgraduate School, led by Colombian Military Attaché Colonel Mauricio Rico. The delegation was greeted by Perry Center Director Dr. Paul J. Angelo, Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. William Godnick, and Professor Celina Realuyo. The visit included an organizational briefing by Dr. Godnick and a lecture by Professor Realuyo on risks and threats that affect security and defense in the region.
