The Perry Center warmly welcomes Dr. Holly Peirce to the team! Dr. Peirce is a Senior Foreign Service Officer who joins the Center as its first State Department detailee in the position of Associate Director of Outreach and Communications. Dr. Peirce recently graduated with distinction from the US Naval War College, has served at both US Southern Command and US Northern Command, and had foreign service assignments in Barbados, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and El Salvador. She was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bolivia and has specialized in Women, Peace, and Security programming. We thank the US Department of State for its partnership and Dr. Peirce for inaugurating this new position.
