On March 29, the Perry Center welcomed a delegation from Uruguay led by the Chief of Defense, General Rodolfo Pereyra. Perry Center faculty led by the Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Scott D. Tollefson, met with the delegation and engaged on topics related to security cooperation, peacekeeping, climate change, human rights, and rule of law. The delegation is in Washington, DC, to participate in the Fourth United States-Uruguay Bilateral Working Group.
