On June 1, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo spoke on “Following the Money Trail to Combat Terrorism, Crime and Corruption in the Age of COVID-19” at the Security and Defense Digital Magazine (Revista Digital Seguridad y Defensa) webinar “Transnational Crime: Perspectives and Prospectives” organized by Perry Center alumni Fernando Zarboza and Alejandro Perugorria from Argentina. Other speakers included Perry Center alumni Marcus Reis from Brazil and Alfonso Aragon from Mexico and Marshall Center graduates Gabriela Nava from Mexico and Luis Fernando Deaza Rozo from Colombia who spoke on the impact of COVID-19 on transnational organized crime and in their respective countries.
