On November 9 – 10, Perry Center Professor of Practice William Godnick particpated in the Colombian Police Graduate School’s symposium on Climate Change and Citizen Cohesion for 550 candidates to be promoted to the rank of major. Dr. Godnick’s presentation on Inter-Agency Collaboration and International Cooperation where he shared lessons learned from the US National Security Council, the Department of Homeland Security’s National Protection Framework, the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance and the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force South. The Perry Center and the Police Graduate School signed a memorandum of understanding earlier in 2023 to promote academic exchange and research collaboration.
