On March 6, Magister Ma Teresa Belandria gave a lecture on the topic of Defense and Security and International Rights at the Master’s Program in Planning and National Strategy Management of the Instituto de Altos Estudios Estratégicos, accompanied by Dr. Nair Cardozo, who is an Academic of the Institute and a WJPC grad as well.
