The Perry Center was honored to receive an official visit the of National Defense College (CDN) and the Center for Naval Studies of Mexico (CESNAV), which for the second year made ​​a joint visit to the Perry Center. CDN’s delegation was headed by its Director, Major General Guillermo Almazan Bertotto, and CESNAV was led by its Director, Vice Admiral Luis Orozco Inclán.

During the visit, Dr. Luis Bitencourt, Deputy Director of Perry Center, talked about Peacekeeping Operations: US and International Perspectives. Dr. Craig Deare, Dean of Administration of the College Administration for International and Security Affairs, made ​​a presentation on the Political- Military and Civil-Military Relations.
