On March 28-29, 2022, the Perry Center conducted a virtual International Seminar on Contemporary Challenges in Security and Defense for the National Police of Colombia. Perry Center Professors William Godnick, Celina Realuyo and Boris Saavedra spoke on human rights, strategic foresight, cyber governance, big data and artificial intelligence, transnational organized crime, cybercrime, cyberterrorism, and money laundering and terrorist financing for over 100 Colombia police officers at the Escuela de Postgrados de Policía “Miguel Antonio Lleras Pizarro.”
