Rudy was elected as a member of the Central Board of Directors of the Rural Association of Paraguay (ARP), Dean of the Faculty of Agronomic Engineering of the Rural University of Paraguay and Director of the 7th Postgraduate Course in the “Master in Agribusiness Administration” of the Columbia University of Paraguay, Postgraduate Headquarters, Asuncion. At the same time, he participated in the Symposium on Climate Resilience and US Security Cooperation in South America in April in Lima, Peru.
