On March 19, a delegation of instructors and students from the Inter-American Air Forces Academy (IAAFA) participated in an academic exchange with Perry Center. The delegation consisted of Air Force officers from Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Panama, and the United States. Earlier in the day, the group visited the Pentagon and the Inter-American Defense College. During the exchange at the Perry Center, Professor Boris Saavedra gave presentations on important topics in regional and international security.
