On December 2 – 4, 2014, the 3rd Seminar on the Evaluation of the Objectives of the Guatemalan Strategic Plan for National Security was held in the city of Antigua, Guatemala. The seminar was organized by the Technical Secretariat of the Republic of Guatemala’s National Security Council, and participants included representatives from institutions that comprise the National Security System.

Professors and staff from the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies contributed to the seminar under the sponsorship of the US Embassy in Guatemala, within the framework of cooperation agreements between the two countries.
