On December 17, CHDS Assistant Professor for Security and Defense Celina Realuyo was interviewed by Chelis Lopez for Radio Bilingüe’s Noon (West Cost Time) program on the HSBC money laundering / terrorist financing case that resulted in a fine of $1.92 billion, the largest ever levied by the US Department of Justice. The 30-minute live program segment included callers, who were able to pose questions and add commentary in Spanish.
