CHDS was honored to host a visit by Mexico’s Center for Higher Naval Studies (CESNAV), on April 24. The delegation was led by the Center’s director, Admiral Carlos Federico Quinto Guillen, and the coordinator of the master’s program, Captain Adalberto Arauz Arredondo, in addition to two professors and 36 students from the program. The CESNAV students participated in a seminar and discussion with CHDS professors on the links between national defense and national development, the mechanisms of international cooperation in combating transnational organized crime; and organized crime in the southern United States.
