On June 16, 2023, ten members of Ecuadorian Army War College visited the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies. The group was welcomed by Perry Center Director Dr. Paul Angelo and received a cybersecurity presentation by Dr. Boris Saavedra. The presentation focused on the potentially positive and negative outcomes of technology and strategies for avoiding negative consequences.
