Yesterday, the Perry Center welcomed a high-level delegation from Honduras that included Minister of Defense Jose Manuel Zelaya, Chief of Defense Rear Admiral José Jorge Fortin, Minister Chargé d’ Affairs Javier Bu, and Private Secretary to the President Hector Manuel Zelaya. National Defense University President Lt. Gen. Michael T. Plehn and Perry Center Director Dr. Paul J. Angelo greeted the group, which then participated in an office call, organizational briefing, and round table with Perry Center faculty.
