The Perry Center welcomes 45 participants from Central and South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean to the resident portion of “Combating Transnational Threat Networks,” led by course director Professor Celina Realuyo. Together they will analyze and deepen their understanding of transnational criminal organizations and the threats they pose to the Americas.
