On October 19, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo guest lectured in Spanish virtually on the “Latest Trends in Transnational Organized Crime in the Americas in the Age of COVID-19” for 20 of the students in the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) Strategic Studies and Global Governance International Certificate Program. Other speakers included Gastón Schulmeister, Director of the Department against Transnational Organized Crime at the Organization of American States (OAS) and Dr. Jerónimo Rios Sierra, Professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
