Prof. Paterson at CREES

Perry Center Professor Pat Paterson provided two lectures at a 3-day international conference “Challenges to security in the hemisphere against the new regional scenarios” at the the Colombian National War College’s Regional Center for Strategic Security Studies (CREES) in Bogota, Colombia on 1-3 Dec 2015. Approximately 125 representatives attended from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, the United States, and Uruguay. Russia also had a participant at the conference the entire time.
