Last week, Dr. Fabiana Perera delivered a lecture on the political, economic, and security situation in North America to the Hemispheric Situation Conference hosted by the Inter-American Defense College. Dr. Perera spoke of the strategic importance of the Arctic to the region and of inter-American cooperation in response to COVID-19.
