On May 20, 2015 Perry Center professor Dr. Scott Tollefson provided a lecture at the “Global Hemispheric and Regional Security and Defense” seminar sponsored by the Diplomatic Academy of the Caribbean at the University of West Indies, St. Augustine. The conference brought together key security and defense practitioners and academics, including international subject matter experts, for a week of debate and academic exchanges on pressing regional issues. Dr. Tollefson provided a strategic overview of the current hemispheric security environment which produced many insightful questions and commentary.
