On October 8, Professor Celina Realuyo from the Perry Center participated in the 23rd International Seminar on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism of the Mexican Banker’s Association. She spoke about “Terrorists and Criminals in Cyberspace” in front of some 3000 virtual participants.
