From May 20 to 21, 2020, Perry Center Professors Celina Realuyo and Boris Saavedra spoke at the Virtual Forum of the Colombian War College on “The Pandemic and the Molecular Revolution: Is Governance an Illusion or a Reality?” The Forum was held within the framework of the sixth anniversary of the Regional Center for Strategic Security Studies -CREES- and included approximately 20 national and international panelists. Professor Realuyo spoke alongside Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Sergio de la Pena and former Colombian Defense Minister Juan Carlos Pinzon on “COVID-19 and Global Governance” on May 20. Professor Saavedra spoke on “Cybersecurity in the Age of COVID-19?” on May 21.
