Dr. Fabiana Perera delivered a lecture via videoteleconference to students at the Honduran National Defense College (Colegio de Defensa Nacional – CDN) on August 8. Dr. Perera discussed new strategic scenarios focusing on the major forces driving change in our region. The students participated in the discussion using live polling technology.
