On May 2 we kicked-off the residential phase of our Strategic Implications of Human Rights and Rule of Law (HR/ROL) course, welcoming 42 participants, including 16 women, from 13 countries in the Americas to the Perry Center. Together we will explore and develop complementary approaches to strengthening democratic accountability, respect for human rights, and rule of law. Strengthening partnerships face-to-face once again!
