On Wednesday, April 18, 2018, a 27-person delegation from the Chilean Air War College visited the Perry Center for an organizational briefing and academic exchange. Led by Major General Jose Miguel Aguirre Gamboa, Head of the Chilean Air Force Educational Division and Colonel Jose Vargas, Chilean Air Attaché the delegation included students who are currently enrolled in the Chilean Air War College’s Command and General Staff College equivalent course. They visitors were greeted by Perry Center Director LTG (ret.) Frederick S. Rudesheim, Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Scott Tollefson, and Professor Pat Paterson. In addition to their visit to the Perry Center, the delegation will visit the Chilean Embassy, Organization of America States (OAS), The Inter-American Defense College, and the Pentagon while in Washington, DC.
