On March 28, in collaboration with the US Embassy in Guyana, Perry Center Professor Dr. Luis Bitencourt participated in the launching of a Master’s degree in Strategic Development Studies program at the University of Guyana. The Guyanese President, Mohamed Irfaan Ali (a WJPC alumnus) and US Ambassador Sarah-Ann Lynch participated in the event. The Perry Center is very proud to support President Ali’s initiatives to improve Guyana’s strategic planning capability.
