Director Dr. Paul Angelo and a small Perry Center delegation traveled to Bogota, Colombia from February 26 to March 4 for a series of outreach activities. The Perry Center engaged in academic discussions and institutional visits at the Colombian National War College (ESDEG), Nueva Granada Military University (UMNG), Superior School of Public Administration (ESAP), and Police Graduate School (ESPOL). Additionally, an alumni networking event was held for the Colombian alumni which was attended by over 85 Perry Center graduates. Regional outreach exchanges are designed to energize and strengthen existing alumni networks and professional connections while building trust and long-term institutional relationships.
