On April 22, the Perry Center provided a lecture to 60 students and faculty at the College of Higher Strategic Studies (Colegio de Altos Estudios Estratégicos – CAEE) in El Salvador via videoconference. The lecture was titled “Failed States” and was led by Perry Center professor Dr. Isidro Sepúlveda. This event is part of an ongoing lecture series with CAEE in support of their 23rd Security and National Development course.
