On November 6, Perry Center Professor Guillermo Pacheco participated in a videoconference (VTC) program with the Graduate School of Higher Strategic Studies (EGAEE) in the Dominican Republic. This lecture on defense policy was coordinated and proposed by EGAE and was designed to complement the EGAEE academic calendar. Professor Pacheco presented the lecture to an audience of approximately 50 participants comprised of current EGAEE students and staff. This VTC is the second of a video conference series with EGAEE, following last month’s lecture by Professor Boris Saavedra on defense economics.
