On Wednesday, 29 March, 2017 General Nivaldo Luiz Rossato, Commander of the Brazilian Air Force, accompanied by Major General Jefson Borjes, Brazilian Defense and Air Attaché, and Major General Barbacovi, Incoming Brazilian Defense and Air Attaché, visited the Perry Center. General Rossato met with Perry Center leadership and faculty, as well as NDU representatives, to discuss possible collaboration in education and research. He specifically called attention to the need for the development of civilians with knowledge on defense matters.
