On July 23, Perry Center Director LTG (ret.) Frederick Rudesheim and Professor Celina Realuyo participated in the International Forum on “Global Governance or Globalist Government?” hosted by the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada on the occasion of their 38th anniversary. Colombian Minister of Defense Carlos Holmes Trujillo opened the forum with remarks on “The Challenges to National Governance from External Threats,” and Professor Realuyo spoke on “US Foreign Policy and National Security in the Americas Post-Pandemic.”
