On October 27, Perry Center Professor William Godnick contributed to a panel for students at the Inter American Defense College on the human rights and rule of law concerns when armed forces are deployed to public security missions. Dr. Godnick was joined on the panel by Adam Isacson from the Washington Office on Latin America as part of the College’s annual three-day seminar on human rights and international humanitarian law.
