On 30 April 2021 Professor William Godnick facilitated a debate on defense and security concepts important to the Western Hemisphere in a virtual forum sponsored by the Institute of Higher Police Education of Paraguay. Thirty representatives from the National Police of Paraguay participated, all of whom are in the Police Strategy course designed for officials at the highest ranks.
