On October 7, Perry Center Professor William Godnick provided the inaugural lecture on “Global Trends and National Security Strategy” at the Master’s Degree Program on National Security and Strategic Studies offered jointly by the Guatemalan Institute for Strategic Security Studies and the University of San Carlos. Students in attendance included 36 representatives from Guatemalan defense, military and civilian government institutions.
