On October 15, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo guest lectured in Spanish virtually on the “Latest Trends in Transnational Organized Crime and Anti-Money Laundering and Counterterrorism Financing Measures in the COVID-19 Environment” for the Central American Economic Integration Bank (Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica – BCIE), based in Honduras with the participation of 317 BCIE officials and Central American bank compliance officers.
