On November 4, 2021, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo participated in the Inter-American Defense College (IADC) Corruption and Institutionalization Workshop 2021 as one of the keynote speakers. She spoke on “The New World Order and Illicit Networks in the Post-Pandemic” before a virtual audience of over 200 IADC students, academics, alumni and Latin American security and defense officials to examine the drivers, environment and corruption that facilitate transnational organized crime and threaten democratic institutions in the Western Hemisphere. WJPC Argentine alumnus, Dr. Mariano Bartolome, Professor at IADC organized the workshop and included several WJPC alumni as regional subject matter experts in the working groups.
