On August 13-15, a regional meeting on New Challenges for Public Security in the Tri-Border Region will be held with the participation of government institutions from Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, and the United States. The three-day event will bring together security and defense experts, including Perry Center Director Dr. Paul J. Angelo and Professors Dr. Boris Saavedra and Celina Realuyo, who will share their expertise on cybercrime, terrorist financing, and critical infrastructure. The meeting is designed to foster international collaboration and strengthen security in the Tri-Border Area.

This event will be conducted in Spanish and Portuguese.  No simultaneous interpretation will be provided for either the in-person or virtual attendees.  For more information, please consult the attached agenda.
