We extend our warmest congratulations to Alana Wheeler of Trinidad and Tobago, newly elected President of the William J. Perry Alumnae Network for Peace, Security, and Defense in the Americas, along with its newly elected committee. This marks a key moment in the growth of the Perry Center’s first bilingual alumnae network, which continues to promote regional dialogue, collaboration, and the leadership of women in security and defense.
