On November 12, we hosted a visit by Peru’s Center for Advanced National Studies (CAEN-EPG). Colonel Felipe Santa Cruz led the group of 32 participants, who were welcomed by Dean of Academic Affairs William Godnick, Associate Dean for Research and Publications Patrick Paterson, and Professor David Spencer. Dr. Godnick opened the visit with welcome remarks and an organizational briefing. During the session, Dr. Paterson delivered a lecture on the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the liberal international order, and Dr. Spencer presented on regional threats. Perry Center Director Paul J. Angelo also engaged with the group and provided closing remarks. The Center for Advanced National Studies has been a partner institution since June 1, 2020.
