On Friday, March 09, 2018 the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies (WJPC) bid farewell to Operations Coordinator, Mr. Christopher Hannigan. He has been an integral member of the Perry Center staff and we congratulate him as he leaves to take a position as a Program Manager at the Defense Security and Cooperation Agency (DSCA).

The Perry Center has been proud to count Mr. Hannigan among the staff for the past 10 years, following his career as a high school educator. During his time at the Perry Center, Mr. Hannigan was vital in coordinating and managing numerous operations, logistics, and academic programs. Most notably, Mr. Hannigan has been invaluable in promoting the Center’s mission and has strengthened the foundation of our success.

In recognition of his significant contributions to the Center over the past 10 years, Director Frederick S. Rudesheim, honored Mr. Hannigan as a Distinguished Member Emeritus of the Perry Center.

The Perry Center faculty and staff will miss Mr. Hannigan’s extraordinary professionalism and collegiality. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors!
