On the eve of the commemoration of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo moderated a virtual seminar on “Countering Terrorist Threats in the Americas” with Dr. Oscar Palma, Professor at the Universidad del Rosario who spoke about the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia—People’s Army (FARC) and the National Liberation Army (ELN) and Mr. Joseph Humire, Executive Director of the Center for a Security Free Society who spoke about Hezbollah in the Americas.
