The Defense Minister of Paraguay, Diogenes Martínez, met with the Executive Board of the Perry Center Paraguay Alumni Association. The group spoke with the Minister about their experiences in Washington at the Center and offered their cooperation in matters of security, defense and national development. Afterward, the Minister asked the Vice Minister of Defense, Victor Picaguá, to help coordinate opportunities for the group to share their knowledge and experience on a larger scale.
